An address is needed to distinguish between those living outside Alberta and those living inside Alberta. If you are considering being on our board of directors, our bylaws limit the number of people on the board outside Alberta. There is no such limit for general membership. This is a general membership form.

-Individual Youth Membership (year turning age 18 and younger)
